补气养阴活血汤联合吡格列酮治疗早期糖尿病50例

摘　　要：目的 :观察补气养阴活血汤联合吡格列酮治疗早期糖尿病的临床疗效。方法:将100例患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各50例。两组均给予生活方式干预作为基础治疗,对照组口服吡格列酮片,观察组在对照组的基础上服用补气养阴活血汤。观察治疗前后,空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 h PG)、糖化血红蛋白(Hb A1c)、总胆固醇(Tc)、三酰甘油(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-c)和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)的变化情况,并进行疗效评价。结果:观察组有效率为96.00%,对照组有效率为74.00%,两组有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前两组FBG,2 h PG、Hb A1和血脂各项指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后两组FBG,2 h PG、Hb A1和血脂各项指标均得到改善(P<0.05),且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:补气养阴活血汤联合吡格列酮治疗早期糖尿病,可明显改善患者糖脂代谢,从而延缓和降低糖尿病的发生。Ohjective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Decoction for Nourishing Qi-Yin and Promoting Blood Circulation （DNQYPBC） in combination with pioglitazone on early diabetes. Methods： One hundred patients with earl）, diabetes were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 50 cases in each group. Both groups were given life style intervention as basic treatment. The ones in the control group were added pioglitazone for oral administration, while the ones in the observation group were added DNQYPBC based on the basic treatment. Then the changes of FBG, 2 h PG, HbAIc, Tc, TG, HDL-c, and LDL-C before and after the treatment in both groups were observed and the clinical curative effects were assessed. Results： The effective rate of the observation group was 96.00% , while that of the control group was 74.00% ; And the difference between them had statistical significance （ P 〈0.05）. In terms of FBG, 2 h PG, HbAlc, and each blood lipid index before the treatment, the differences between the two groups had no statistical significance （ P 〉 0.05 ）. After the treatment, FBG, 2 h PG, HbAI c, and each blood lipid index in both groups were improved （P 〈 0. 05） ; And the observation group was better than the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： DNQYPBC in combination with pioglitazone can greatly improve glycolipid metabolism of patients with early diahetes to delay and reduce the occurrence of diabetes.
