摘  要:目的:观察抗感染洗剂氧驱动雾化对褥疮创面愈合的影响。方法:选择褥疮患者60例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。治疗组给予中药抗感染洗剂氧驱动雾化治疗,对照组给予抗感染洗剂熏洗治疗。结果:治疗组有效率为93.33%,对照组有效率为73.33%,两组有效率比较,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:抗感染洗剂氧驱动雾化能促进褥疮创面愈合,缩短治疗时间。Objective: To observe the influence of antimicrobial lotion oxygen drive atomization on bedsores wound healing. Meth- ods: Sixty patients with bedsores were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, with 30 cases in each group. The ones in the treatment group were treated with Chinese medicine antimicrobial lotion oxygen drive atomization, while the ones in the control group were given antimicrobial lotion for fumigation. Results: The effective rate of the treatment group was 93.33% , which was better than that (73.33%) of the control group (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion: Antimicrobial lotion oxygen drive atomization can promote bedsores wound healing, and shorten treatment time.
