中西医结合治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足性眩晕32例

摘　　要：目的:观察中西医结合治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足性眩晕的临床疗效。方法:选取2010年3月—2012年8月本院收治的椎-基底动脉供血不足性眩晕患者64例,随机分为观察组和对照组各32例,对照组患者在常规治疗的基础上采用氟桂利嗪片加葛根素治疗,观察组患者在对照组的基础上加用补阳还五汤加减治疗,两组均以10 d为1个疗程,治疗2个疗程后,观察两组患者的收缩期、舒张期的血流速度变化及患者的临床疗效。结果:两组患者治疗后收缩期血流速度变化与治疗前比较,均具有统计学意义(P<0.05),组间比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的治愈率与对照组比较,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足性眩晕可以改善患者收缩期、舒张期的血流速度,疗效显著。Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of therapy of integrated Chinese and Western medicine on dizziness due to vertebral-basilar artrey insufficiency vertigo （VBIV）. Methods： Sixty-four patients with dizziness due to VBIV who were treated in our hospital between March 2010 and August 2012 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 32 cases in each group. The ones in the control group were treated with flunarizine amt puerarin based on the routine treatment, while the ones in the observation group were added Modified Buyang Huanwu Decoction （MBYHWD） on the basic treatment of the control group. Both regarded 10 days as a course. After 2 courses, systolic and diastolic blood flow velocity chan- ges and the clinical curative effects of both groups were observed. Results： Compared with before the treatment, systolic blood flow velocity changes of both groups after the treatment had statistical significance （ P 〈 0. 05 ） ; The contrast between the two groups had statistical significance （ P 〈 0.05 ）. In terms of the healing rate, the difference between the two groups had statistical significance （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion： Therapy of integrated Chinese and Western medicine has remarkable clinical curative effect on dizziness due to vertebral-basilar artrey insufficiency vertigo （VBIV）, can improve tile patients systolic and diastolic blood flow velocity.
