中药控释药条联合针灸治疗急性冠周炎临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察中药控释药条联合针灸治疗急性冠周炎的临床疗效。方法:将113例急性冠周炎患者随机分为对照组54例和治疗组59例,对照组采用常规西药治疗,治疗组采用中药控释药条联合针灸治疗,两组疗程均为7 d,观察两组患者治疗前后牙龈红肿、牙痛、面部肿胀、张口无限积分情况,总菌数清除率等。结果:治疗组有效率为98.31%,对照组有效率为77.78%,两组有效率比较,具有统计学差异(P<0.05);两组患者牙龈红肿、牙痛、面部肿胀、张口无限积分治疗后均较治疗前显著降低,且具有统计学差异(P<0.05);治疗组牙龈红肿、牙痛、面部肿胀、张口无限积分治疗后显著低于对照组,具有统计学差异(P<0.05);两组总菌数清除率治疗后比较不具有统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:中药控释药条联合针灸治疗急性冠周炎疗效显著。Objective：To investigate the effects of controlled release drug strip joint clinical effects of acupuncture therapy in patients with acute pericoronitis. Conclusion ： Chinese controlled-release drug strip joint effect of acupuncture therapy in acute peripheral in- flammation in patients with clinical crown significant research has important clinical value.
