摘　　要：中医药防治术后瘢痕形成历史较久,在长期实践中总结了丰富经验,治疗瘢痕具有疗效较好、副作用小等优势。但是目前对于瘢痕尚无统一的鉴别诊断标准,对于瘢痕治疗尚无确切方法,目前多为在动物模型中作用,临床应用缺乏大样本数据支持,对于术后瘢痕治疗,应从整体出发,辨证论治,选择合适药物治疗。TCM prevention and treatment of scar has a long history, and rich experiences in long-term practice, and advantages of good efficacy and few side effects. However, currently there is no unified diagnosis standard for scar and precise treatment method. The present methods have effects in animal models, and clinical application lacks supportive data with large samples. Therefore postoperative scar should be treated with therapy with syndrome differentiation and the right medication should be chosen frnm the overall concept.
