摘  要:针对福建三钢集团闽光股份有限公司圆棒脱碳层深度超标的问题,通过对中碳钢脱碳热力学、动力学原理分析,结合45、40Cr、40Mn2 3个钢种加热工艺试验对比,得出加热温度越高、保温时间越长、钢表面含碳量越高,脱碳层深度越厚的结论,并推导出了脱碳层深度计算公式。同时,提出了相应控制措施,生产效果较好。In view of surface decarburization depth of medium carbon steel round bar over the standard problem in Minguang Co. , Ltd. of Fujian Sansteel Group, the decarburization thermodynamic and kinetic principle of medium carbon steel were analyzed. Combined with 45, 40Cr ad 40Mn2 of three kinds of steels reheating experiment, the conclusion was obtained , which reheating temperature, holding time and amount of carbon of steel surface were higher, the depth of decarburized layer was thicker. The formula for calculating the depth of decarburized layer was derived. At the same time, the control measures were put forward, and the production effect was better.
