摘  要:针对BRW200/31.5型矿用乳化液泵在运行中噪声大、排液阀阀芯容易变形以及断裂等问题进行研究。通过对泵建立AMESim模型,分析得到泵的噪声是由于排液阀阀芯撞击引起的;基于ANSYS静力学仿真,对排液阀阀芯在工作情况下的受力以及变形情况进行仿真分析,并通过改变阀芯的结构参数来进一步优化阀芯,为加工制造提供理论依据。Research was aimed at the problem of BRW200/31.5 type mine emulsion pump that having big noise and often appearing drain valve core's deformation, even fracture in the running. Through establishing AMESim model of the pump, it was fund by analysis that the impact of drain valve core was the source of the pump noise. Based on the ANSYS Static Structural simulation, the condition of stress and deformation in the operating conditions of the drain valve core were analyzed. By changing the structure parameters of valve core to achieve the purpose of optimization, theoretical basis is provided for manufacturing process.
