动机-技能-脱敏-心理能量干预模式对海洛因依赖者戒毒后2年的随访研究

摘　　要：目的:评价动机-技能-脱敏-心理能量模式对戒毒人员中期操守率的影响。方法:选取襄阳市强制隔离獉獉獉獉戒毒所98名男性戒毒人员,随机分为试验组(49人)和对照组(49人),试验组接受动机-技能-脱敏-心理能量干预模式和常规戒毒教育,对照组只接受常规戒毒教育。在两组人员出所后进行电话随访,评价其出所满6个月、1年、2年后的操守情况。结果:出所后6个月、1年、2年随访,试验组操守人数(率)分别为25(54.30%)、18獉獉(39.13%)和10(21.74%);对照组操守人数(率)分别为4(9.30%)、4(9.30%)和2(4.65%),试验组操守人数(率)均高于对照组(P值均<0.05)。多元Logistic回归分析显示,接受心理干预(OR=6.192,95%CI:1.228-31.231)是戒毒人员保持2年操守的保护因素。结论:动机-技能-脱敏-心理能量干预模式可促进戒毒人员中獉獉期预防复吸和保持操守。Objective： To evaluate the effects of motivation - skills - desensitization - mental energy （MSDE） intervention model on abstinence rate among heroin addicts, Methods： Ninety -eight male heroin addicts were selected from Xiangyang compulsory rehabilitation center, and randomly divided into intervention group （49 ones） and control group （49 ones）. The intervention group received the MSDE psychological intervention and conventional health education, while the control group received only conventional health education. Forty -six heroin addicts in the intervention group and forty -three addicts in the control group released were followed by telephone to evaluate the abstinence rate at 6 month, one year and two year. Results： At 6 month, one year and two year, the abstinence rates （54. 30% vs. 9.30%, 39. 13% vs. 9.30%, 21.74 vs. 4.65%） in the intervention group were statistical significant in the intervention group higher than the control group. The results of multiple - logistic regression indicated that received psychological intervention was a protective factor for abstinence at the second year. Conclusion： The Motivation - Skills - Desensitization - Mental Energy model can improve the abstinence rate and prevent drug relapse for heroin addicts.
