摘　　要：第三方物流是现代物流发展的主流模式。面向第三方物流企业的物流人才培养是一个涉及多个部门的系统工程,应进一步明确物流人才培养目标,完善物流学科体系和专业人才培养体系,建立物流人才培养投入新机制和完善在职人员培训体系。The third party logistics is the main mode of the development of modern logistics.The logistics personnel training for the oriented business needs is a systematic project involving multiple departments,so we should further clarify the logistics per-sonnel training goal and improve the logistics system and professional personnel training system to establish a new investment mechanism and improve the training of logistics personnel on -the -job personnel training system.
