某医院2010～2013年贵重中药饮片利用分析

摘　　要：目的:了解中国人民解放军总医院东院贵重中药饮片使用情况与变化趋势及其影响因素,为临床用药及药品管理提供参考。方法:采用回顾性方法,收集整理医院201——2013年贵重中药饮片用药数据,对销售量和销售金额排前15位的贵重中药饮片相关数据进行统计分析。结果:贵重中药饮片销售量和销售金额分别占我院中药饮片总销售量和销售金额的2.45%和16.62%;含贵重饮片处方数占总饮片处方数的22.23%;医院贵重中药饮片销售量较稳定,近4年缓慢下降;贵重中药饮片销售金额逐年减少,平均减少幅度为13.5%;中草药处方工作量基本平稳,而贵重药处方量在逐年增加。结论:中国人民解放军总医院东院中药饮片使用合理;部分贵重饮片价格涨势影响其销售量,价廉的贵重药饮片得到更多的应用;做好年度分析工作对中药饮片管理有积极意义。Objective： To provide reference for clinical pharmacy and drug control by knowing the utilization, the changes and its influencing factors of precious Chinese herbal pieces in eastern branch of Chinese PLA General Hospital. Methods： The pharmacy data of precious herbal Pieces from 2010 to 2013 was collected by adopting a retrospective method, the sales volumes and consumption sum of the top 15 kinds of Chinese herbal pieces were statistically analyzed. Results： Average ratio of precious Chinese herbal pieces sales volume and consumption sum occupied 2.45% and 16.62% of total sales volumes and consumption sum of Chinese herbal pieces in our hospital; the prescriptions containing precious Chinese herbal pieces took up 22.23% of total ones; The sale volume of hospital precious Chinese herbal pieces was stable and decreased gradually in recent four years; consumption sum of precious Chinese herbal pieces reduced gradually year by year, average decrease ranges was 13.5%; TCM prescription load was stable, while the prescriptions containing precious herbal pieces increased each year. Conclusion： Chinese herbal pieces in eastern branch of Chinese PLA General Hospital are used rationally; the rising price of part precious Chinese herbal pieces affect its sales volumes, inexpensive precious Chinese herbal pieces could be used more; doing a good job in the annual analysis has a positive significance for the management of precious Chinese herbal pieces.
