摘 要:随着我国经济的持续发展,带动了对石油产品的需求,油库新建的项目逐年增多。油品的运输目前仍然主要以铁路运输为主。铁路油罐车由于技术和设备等方面的限制,目前主要使用上部卸油法,但是这种卸油法容易产生气阻。潜油泵的出现基本解决了气阻问题。21世纪随着电动潜油泵的诞生,潜油泵更是被广泛应用,火车卸油系统的技术得到了很大的发展。本文对比分析了气动潜油泵、液动潜油泵、电动潜油泵。电动潜油泵以高效、安全、低成本、高寿命、免维护、运行平稳等特点,将逐步取代液动潜油泵,在我国的油库铁路卸车工艺中广泛使用,加快我国石油化工产业的发展。With China's sustained economic growth, driven by demand for petroleum products depot new projects increased year by year. Oil transport by rail is still mainly dominated. Due to restrictions railroad tanker technology and equipment, the main use of the upper unloading method, but this method prone to va- por lock unloading. Submersible pump vapor lock occurs basically solved the problem. With the advent of the 21st century, the elec- tric submersible pump, submersible pump is widely used, the train unloading system technology has been greatly developed. In this paper, a comparative analysis of pneumatic submersible pumps, hy- draulic submersible pumps, electric submersible pumps. Electric submersible pump in an efficient, stable and safe, low-cost, high- life, maintenance-free operation, etc., will gradually replace the hydraulic submersible pump is widely used in China's railway depot unloading process, accelerate the development of China's petrochemical industry.
