平衡流量计流动特性数值计算分析

摘　　要：本项目选取DN50平衡流量计和孔板流量计为研究对象,通过CFX数值计算对比两种流量计的流动特性,平衡流量计孔板背面涡流明显减少,因此阻力减小、精度提高、稳定段缩短。本文详细介绍了数值计算流场区域、网格划分和物理模型等内容,对计算结果进行充分分析。This program researches the DN50 balanced flow meter and the orifice flow meter, and compares flowing characteristic between them by CFX. The eddy of balanced flow meter reduces obviously, lherefore the resistance of balanced flow meier is lower, the precision is higher, and the steady tube is shorter than the orifice flow meter. This text detailedly introduces the numericalcalculation＇s flowing area grid plotting physical model and so on,and fully analyses the result of numerical calculation.
