摘　　要：自我护理理论是通过患者自我学习达到自理的理论。对糖尿病患者实施Orem的自我护理模式,可以明显改善糖尿病疾病进程,提高糖尿病患者的生活质量。Orem的自我护理模式适合在糖尿病患者的健康教育工作中推广使用。The theory of self-nursing is making the patients get the self-care purpose through the self- learning. The proceeding of diabetes is obviously improved and the quality of the diabetic life is elevated lay applying the Orem＇s self- nursing model in the Diabetic. The theory of the Orem＇ s self- nursing is worth to spread in the health education of the diabetic.
