摘　　要：配制了一种常温磷化液,磷化结果表明,随着磷化时间的增加,膜重增加,磷化35min后,膜重增幅变化较小,产品能在露天存放48h,并保持表面无铁锈。A room temperature phosphate solution was prepared. The results show that with the increase of phosphating time, the weight of phosphating coating increased, and the amplitude becomes smaller alter 35min, and the surface of products without rust after store 48h in the open air.
