摘　　要：设计并实现了一种基于工业触摸屏的烟包外观质量检测系统,介绍了烟包外观质量检测的工作原理,详细阐述了以Keyence公司KV-1000型PLC和VT3-S10型触摸屏为核心建立硬件平台,通过智能相机获取烟包图像,采用机器视觉系统CV-3001对当前图像进行处理,最终在触摸屏上显示检测结果并将检测结果送至执行单元进行处理。his paper designs and implements a real lime system for detecting the quality of cigarette package appearance based on PLC and Touch-sreen,inttroduces the working theory of detecting the cigarette package appearance and particularly sets forth the design scheme based on the PLC of KV-1000 series and touch-scrcen of VT3-S10 series. It eaplures the video sequence with camera ,detects the quality of cigarette appearance by using CV-3001,and displays Ihe image of cigarette package on the Touch-screen and sends the resuh of detect to execution.
