功能部位深度烧伤应用复合皮移植早期修复的效果研究

摘　　要：目的：探析功能部位深度烧伤运用复合皮移植早期修复的临床效果。方法选择2012年3月～2015年3月我院收治的功能部位深度烧伤患者在术后半月内植皮区完全愈合的80例为研究对象，按照入院先后顺序分为两组，其中给予对照组常规治疗，而观察组则运用复合皮混合移植早期修复，对比分析两组的治疗效果。结果随访3～20个月，观察组的功能部位优良率优于对照组，组间比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论临床上将复合皮混合移植运用在功能部位深度烧伤的早期修复中，不仅可以提高治疗效果，在一定程度上还能促进功能部位功能的恢复，使患者的预后生活质量得到改善。Objective To study the clinical effect of early repair of composite skin transplantation for functional site deep burn.MethodsEighty cases in March 2012 to March 2015 in our hospital as the research object,according to the sequence of admission were divided into two groups,which were given to the control group were treated with routine treatment,while the observation group was the use of composite mixed skin graft in early repair, comparative analysis of the therapeutic effect of the two groups.ResultsThe function of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the difference was statisticaly significant（P〈 0.05）.Conclusion Clinical admiral mixed composite skin graft used in early repair of deep burn of the functional parts,not only can improve the therapeutic effect,in a certain extent,can promote the recovery of function in functional location,the prognosis of the patients quality of life improved.
