泡沫敷料对糖尿病患者III期压疮治疗后对瘢痕形成的干预治疗研究

摘　　要：目的泡沫敷料(美皮康)对糖尿病Ⅲ期压疮患者治疗后对瘢痕形成的干预治疗效果进行研究分析。方法选择我院收治的74例糖尿病Ⅲ期压疮患者作为研究对象,随机将其分为观察组和对照组(n=37),对照组糖尿病Ⅲ期压疮患者应用传统疗法,观察组患者应用美皮康。结果观察组压疮治愈率、愈合时间以及瘢痕形成率均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论应用美皮康治疗糖尿病患者Ⅲ期压疮,能够大大降低瘢痕形成率,并缩短压疮愈合时间,提高治愈率。Objective To analyzing the effect of intervention therapy of foam dressing （ beauty pikang ） after treatment in patients with diabetes Ⅲ stage pressure sores of scarring through. Methods Selected our hospital 74 cases of patients with diabetes Ⅲ pressure ulcers as the research object, its randomly divided into observation group and control group （ n=37 ）, control group patients with diabetes Ⅲ pressure sores applied traditional therapy, the observation group patients pikang. Results Observation group cure rate pressure ulcers, healing time and scar formation rate is better than that of control group （P 〈 0.05 ） . Conclusion Application of beauty pikang Ⅲ period of pressure ulcers in diabetic patients, treatment can reduce the scar formation rate greatly, and shorten the ulcer healing time, improve the cure rate.
