摘　　要：目的研究和分析老年肺结核患者抗结核药物治疗中不良反应的护理要点。方法收集老年肺结核患者共102例,随机分为观察组与对照组,各51例,对照组患者进行常规护理,观察组在此基础上进行针对性护理,将两组患者经药物治疗后的不良反应发生率进行观察和对比。结果观察组患者的不良反应发生率低于对照组,P<0.05。结论在老年肺结核患者进行药物治疗的过程中配合针对性护理,能够有效降低药物不良反应的发生率,从而降低患者的痛苦,提高患者的预后质量。Objective To study and analyze the key points of nursing care in the treatment of elderly patients with pulmonary tuberculosis with anti tuberculosis drugs.MethodsA total of 102 cases of senile pulmonary tuberculosis patients was colected,were randomly divided into observation group and control group,51 cases,the patients of control group were treated with routine nursing observed group on the basis of targeted nursing,patients in the two groups after drug treatment of adverse reactions occur rate were observed and compared.Results The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,P〈 0.05.Conclusion In elderly patients with pulmonary tuberculosis were drug therapy with targeted nursing can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse drug reactions,thereby reducing the patient＇s pain,improve the prognosis of patients with quality.
