优质护理概念在白血病护理中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的：评价优质护理概念在白血病护理中的应用效果。方法选择我院2011年4月～2014年12月收治的白血病患者96例，随机分为优质组和对照组，每组48例。对照组采取常规护理措施，优质组在对照组的护理措施基础上实施优质护理措施。比较两组患者的治疗依从性、护理满意度以及并发症发生率。结果与对照组比较，优质组治疗依从性以及护理满意度高（87.50% vs 97.92%，70.83% vs 79.17%），差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；优质组并发症发生率低于对照组（18.75% VS 39.58%），差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论对白血病患者采取优质护理措施可以提高患者的治疗依从性以及护理满意度，降低并发症发生率。Objective To evaluate the effect of high quality nursing care in leukemia nursing.Methods From April 2011 to December,96 patients with leukemia were randomly divided into high quality group and control group,48 cases in each group. The control group took routine nursing measures,the quality group in the control group of nursing measures based on the implementation of quality care measures. The treatment compliance,nursing satisfaction and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with those of the control group,group of high-quality treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction were significantly improved（87.50% vs 97.92% and 70.83% vs 79.17%）,the difference was statisticaly significant（P〈 0.05）,the complication rate in high quality group was significantly lower than that of the control group（18.75% vs 39.58%）,and the difference was statisticaly significance（P〈 0.05）.Conclusion In leukemia patients take high quality nursing can significantly improve patient compliance in the treatment and nursing satisfaction,reduce the incidence of complications.
