摘　　要：目的探讨电话回访对加强肠息肉术后患者健康恢复的意义。方法选择在我院进行肠息肉切除的527例患者,通过电话回访,了解患者出院后的饮食,活动及有无腹痛腹胀及大便情况,给予患者正确的饮食及活动指导。结果电话回访切实了解患者出院后的康复情况,对患者出院后的注意事项进行了有效的健康教育,提高了患者及家属对医院服务的满意度。结论电话回访对加强肠息肉术后患者健康恢复具有重要意义。Objective To investigate the significance of health education in patients who had received polypectomy by phone call consultation. Methods We chose 488 patients who had received polypectomy in qingdao municipal hospital, investigated the situation of patients after discharge and carried out health education by phone call consultation. Results Calling back interview had enhance patients＇ understanding of medical knowledge and changed their poor way of life and in turn enhanced the relationship between the patients and the hospital. Conclusion Caning back interview has very important practic;d significance on patients who have received polypectomy.
