健康教育在2型糖尿病合并高血压患者护理中的应用分析

摘　　要：目的：对2型糖尿病合并高血压患者进行健康教育的效果进行分析。方法选取2013年6月～2015年2月我院接收的120例2型糖尿病合并高血压患者随机分成实验组和对照组，每组各有患者60例。对照组患者采用常规护理方法进行护理，实验组患者在常规护理的基础上实施健康教育，比较两组患者的护理效果。结果实验组患者护理的有效率要远远高于对照组，两组差异具有统计学意义，P＜0.05。结论对2型糖尿病合并高血压患者实施健康教育护理效果显著。Objective To analyze the effect of health education in patients with type 2 diabetes melitus complicated with hypertension. Methods From June 2013 to February 2015,120 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus combined with hypertension were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,60 cases in each group. The control group were treated with routine nursing care,the experimental group were treated with health education on the basis of conventional nursing,and the effect of nursing care was compared between the two groups.Results In the experimental group,the efficiency of nursing care was much higher than that of the control group,the difference between the two groups was significant,P〈 0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion The effect of health education on patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with hypertension is significant.
