浅析优质护理对改善脑栓塞患者神经功能恢复的临床有效性

摘　　要：目的：探讨优质护理对改善脑栓塞患者神经功能恢复的临床效果。方法选取2014年1月～2015年1月我院接收的脑栓塞患者70例作为本次研究的对象，将患者分为对照组与观察组，对照组实施常规护理，观察组实施优质护理，对两组患者的神经功能恢复情况进行对比。结果观察组患者的NFA评分以及Barthel指数均要优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论脑栓塞患者采用优质护理，能够加快患者神经功能恢复，改善生活质量。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of high quality nursing in improving the recovery of neurological function in patients with cerebral embolism. Methods A total of 70 cerebral embolism patients received as the object of the study from January 2014 to January 2015 in our hospital,patients were divided into control group and observation group. Patients in control group received routine nursing care,observation group implementation of high quality nursing and neurological function of two groups of patients recovery were compared.Results The NFA score and barthel index of the observation group were better than those of the control group,with significant difference（P〈 0.05）. ConclusionThe patients with cerebral embolism were treated with high quality nursing,can accelerate the recovery of neurological function and improve the quality of life.
