个性化护理在脑胶质瘤患者术后放疗与化疗中的应用与体会

摘　　要：目的：探究个性化护理在脑胶质瘤患者手术后放疗以及化疗的应用效果。方法选取我院2013年3月～2015年5月收治的42例脑胶质瘤患者，所有患者在手术后进行放疗以及化疗时进行个性化护理。结果所有患者在放疗以及化疗进行的过程中，1例患者出现乏力现象，2例患者出现恶心呕吐现象，无退出患者。结论在患者进行放疗以及化疗的过程中采用个性化护理，能够提升临床治疗效果。Objective To explore the application and experience of personalized nursing in patients with glioma postoperative radiotherapy and chemotherapy. Methods Chose our hospital from March 2013 to May 2015 admitted during the period of 42 patients with glioma,al of the patients during the radiotherapy and chemotherapy after surgery for personalized care.Results Al patients in the course of radiotherapy and chemotherapy,1 patients appear fatigue phenomenon,nausea and vomiting phenomenon observed in 2 patients,patients with no exit at the same time.Conclusion In patients with radiation and chemotherapy in the process of adopting individualized nursing care,can improve the clinical therapeutic effect..
