5-氨基酮戊酸局部光动力治疗增殖性红斑

摘　　要：报告5-氨基酮戌酸-局部光动力（ALA-PDT）治疗增殖性红斑1例。患者男，56岁。包皮、龟头鳞屑性红斑伴瘙痒6个月余，龟头糜烂7d.皮损组织病理示：角化不全，表皮细胞增生，增生细胞排列紊乱、异形，真皮浅层少量淋巴细胞浸润。诊断：增殖性红斑。治疗：先后3次（间隔10-15d）行光动力治疗。结果：包皮、龟头皮损无瘢痕痊愈，生殖器结构和功能正常。A case of erythroplasia treated with photodynamic therapy mediated with 5-aminolevulinic acid （ALA-PDT） is reported.A 56-year-old man had itchy,scaling erythema on his glans and foreskin for 6 months,and erosion on his glns for 7 days.Histopathology showed parakeratosis and epidermal hyperproliferation.The proliferative epidermal cells were atypical and randomly arranged.Scattered lymphocyte infiltration presented in the upper dermis.The diagnosis was erythroplasia.Following 3 treatments with ALA-PDT every 10-15 days,lesions disppeared with no cicatrix or any genital dysfunciton.
