发疹性黄瘤并发代谢综合征

摘　　要：报告1例发疹性黄瘤并发代谢综合征。患者女,35岁。四肢及躯干丘疹6个月。皮肤科检查:四肢及躯干见密集分布的淡黄色丘疹,米粒至黄豆大,质硬,部分周围有红晕。患者体型肥胖,高密度脂蛋白降低,并发高脂血症、高血压病及糖尿病,诊断:发疹性黄瘤,代谢综合征。予降压、降脂及降糖治疗,现随访中。A 35-year-old female had rice- to soybean-sized, light yellow papules on her trunk and limbs for 6 months. The papules were hard and some were surrounded by a red flush. The patient had obesity, hyperlipidaemia with low HDL levels, hypertension, and diabetes mellitus. She was diagnosed with eruptive xanthoma with metabolic syndrome. Treatments were giv- en to lower her blood pressure, blood lipid and glucose. The patient is currently under follow-up.
