摘  要:复合绝缘子在中国已有20多年的运行历史,笔者针对中国18个省市运行年限在5-21 a的复合绝缘子的抽样检测情况,统计分析了复合绝缘子机械、电气性能与配方和运行环境及年限的关系。结果表明,复合绝缘子的电气性能与生产工艺有关,与运行时间无关,机械性能具有一定分散性,早期楔式结构试品的机械性能有所下降。In China, composite insulators on transmission lines have been used for more than 20 years. To assess the operating state of these composite insulators, a sample survey of the composite insulators, which have been in service from 5 to 21 years, is performed in 18 provinces, and the relations of their mechanical and electrical properties with formulas, service environment, and service time are statistically analyzed. The results show that the electrical properties of the composite insulators depend on the manufacturing techniques, but are independent of service time; while the mechanical properties do not show obvious dependency on the above factors, but the early composite insulators with wedge structure exhibit descending mechanical properties to some extent.
