摘 要:断路器均压电容器对改善断路器断口间电压分布起着重要作用,进行断路器端口均压电容的预防性试验是掌握其运行状况的可靠方式。笔者对某变电站500 k V瓷柱式断路器断口均压电容进行了不同接线方式测量时电容量的影响因素分析,以及通过对出厂试验数据、交接试验数据以及预防性试验数据及试验工况的比对,分析不同测试工况下断路器断口均压电容测试影响因素及影响程度。在对断路器断口整体电容测试采用反接线测量时,电容值增量约在110 p F左右;采用正接线测量时,电容值增量约在40 p F左右;为便于运行后电容值的监视,宜采用正接线测量。Equalizing capacitors of circuit breaker play an important role in improving voltage distribution between breaks,and preventive test of the capacitors is a reliable way to understand their operation conditions. In this study,the factors influencing the measured capacitance were analyzed via capacitor test with different connection modes for a 500 k V porcelain pillar circuit breaker. The data of manufacture's test,hand-over test and preventive test of the 500 k V porcelain pillar circuit breaker were compared to obtain the factors influencing the capacitance measurement of the equalizing capacitor and their influencing degrees in different test conditions. In the capacitance measurement of the capacitor test with reverse connection mode,the capacitance increment between breaks is about110 p F, while the value is about 40 p F in the test with positive connection mode. Therefore, the capacitor test with positive connection mode should be taken to facilitate the capacitance monitoring.
