波形特征与统计特征相结合的局部放电脉冲分类方法

摘　　要：当不同类型的局部放电脉冲具有相似的波形特征的时候,应用等效时频特征进行脉冲的分类将遇到一定的困难。笔者在保证每个网格中包含有足够的样本数量用于统计分析的原则下,对局部放电脉冲等效时频谱图进行网格状划分与合并。对每个网格内的脉冲,提取该网格内所有脉冲信号的6个统计参数,连同该网格内所有脉冲的平均等效时长和平均等效频率一起共8个参数作为分类的特征量。将每个网格中的所有脉冲视作同一类型的放电,对从各个网格中提取的特征量进行聚类分析,从而得到每个网格的分类结果,达到脉冲分类的目的。该方法将局部放电模式识别中常用的统计特征与放电脉冲的波形特征结合起来,应用该方法对于两类模拟缺陷所产生的局部放电信号进行了分类,其综合分类结果优于直接采用等效时频特征的分类方法,而且两类脉冲分类的准确性比较均衡。研究结果表明,该方法可以在一定程度上提高分类的准确率,实现对不同类型的放电脉冲之间以及放电脉冲与干扰脉冲之间的有效分离。It is difficult to classify different types of partial discharge pulses with similar waveform characteristics by using equivalent time-frequency characteristic. In this study, on the premise of ensuring sufficient samples in each grid for statistic analysis, the equivalent time-frequency spectrum of partial discharge pulse is divided into some grids. Six statistical parameters extracted from the samples in each grid along with average equivalent time and equivalent frequency form the feature vector. All pulses in one grid are regarded as same type of discharge.The cluster analysis is used to classify these grids based on the feature vectors from every grid. This method is used to classify the mixed partial discharge pulses induced by two types of simulated defects, and the comprehensive classification result is superior to that of the method directly using equivalent time-frequency features. Additionally,the classification accuracy of both pulse types is more balanced. It is concluded that the proposed method can improve the classification accuracy to some extent and achieve effective separation among different types of discharge pulses, and it can also separate interference pulse from discharge pulse.
