基于缺陷记录的直流主设备主要运行缺陷统计与分析

摘　　要：笔者通过统计分析了2000年1月到2013年7月间南方电网超高压公司记录的上万条缺陷记录,介绍并分析了直流主设备的缺陷情况。针对各直流主设备,通过缺陷数、百台设备缺陷数以及紧急缺陷数等统计指标,给出了直流主设备中需重点关注的设备,并通过分析主要设备常见缺陷的发生情况,给出了换流站不同设备应重点关注的问题,最终有针对性地给出相关的建议与意见。由于目前针对直流设备的统计与分析较少,因此,针对直流系统相关运维人员工作具有较强的指导作用。The principal defects in conventional DC equipment are introduced and analyzed based on the statistics of about ten thousands of defect records from January 2000 to July 2013 in China Southern Power Grid EHV Company. According to the statistic indexes, such as defect number and emergent defect number, the equipments that need more attention are given. For different equipment, the symptoms of common defects are analyzed, hence different issues to which more attention should be paid are provided for corresponding equipments in a converter substation. Furthermore, some suggestions are offered for prevention and reduction of conventional DC main equipment＇s accidents.
