摘　　要：为了解山东省基层医疗机构儿科建设现状及存在问题,利用山东省儿科适宜卫生技术问卷进行统计分析,调查山东省基层医疗机构儿科人员建设、科室建设、设备建设、服务项目开展、人才引进流失、基本药物制度实施等情况。发现现阶段基层医疗机构存在不足,并对原因做出分析,提出改进策略。In order to know present situation and existing problems of pediatric department construction in primary health care institutions in Shandong province. We conducted statistical analysis of questionnaires, to investigate the personnel construction, department construction, equipment, services carried out, talent recruitment and retention and basic drug system implementation. To understand the problems in primary care providers at the present stage, and make analysis on the reasons, thus putting forward the improvement strategy.
