布地奈德联合沙丁胺醇雾化吸入治疗支气管哮喘急性发作的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨布地奈德联合沙丁胺醇雾化吸入治疗支气管哮喘急性发作的疗效。方法选取支气管哮喘急性发作患者80例采用随机数字表分为观察组(布地奈德联合沙丁胺醇雾化吸入治疗)和对照组(沙丁胺醇雾化吸入治疗),每组各40例,观察并比较两组患者治疗前后FEV1和FVC的变化及两组患者咳嗽、胸闷、气短消失时间及哮鸣音消失时间,并进行疗效评价。结果观察组患者的FEV1和FVC均较治疗前及对照组显著改善(P<0.05)。观察组患咳嗽、胸闷、气短消失时间及哮鸣音消失时间均显著快于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的总有效率达95.00%,显著高于对照组75.00%(P<0.05)。结论布地奈德联合沙丁胺醇雾化吸入治疗支气管哮喘急性发作能明显改善患者的临床症状及肺功能,从而提高疗效。Objective To investigate the curative effect of budesonide combined with salbutamol atomization inhalation in treatment of acute attack of bronchial asthma. Methods Selected 80 patients with acute attack of bronchial asthma were randomly divided into observation group（budesonide combined with salbutamol atomization inhalation therapy） and control group （salbutamol treatment）, 40 patients in each group,changes of FEV1 and FVC and cough, chest tightness, shortness of breath group disappearance time and wheeze disappeared time were compared, and valuated the curative effect.Results After treatment,the FEV1 and FVC improved significantly than before treatment and control group（P〈0.05）.The cough, chest tightness, shortness of breath, lost time and wheeze disappeared time of observation group was significantly faster than the control group（P〈0.05）.The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.00%, significantly higher than 75.00% the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Inhaled budesonide combined with salbutamol in treatment acute attack of bronchial asthma curative effect is good and safe.
