术前情景访视在骨科手术患者中的应用效果评价

摘　　要：目的探讨术前情景访视在骨科手术患者中的应用效果。方法选取我院2012年5月∽2014年3月收治的行骨科手术200例患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组采用常规术前访视,观察组行术前情景访视,比较两组患者遵医行为、不良情绪、疼痛情况及满意度。结果观察组遵医配合度为97.00%明显高于对照组90.00%的配合度,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组焦虑情绪、抑郁状态及术后疼痛评分明显低于对照组,两组间各值比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组患者满意度为96.00%明显高于对照组88.00%的满意度,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论骨科手术患者采用术前情景访视可提高患者对疾病、手术认识,减轻患者术前焦虑、抑郁等不良心理,减轻术后疼痛,提高患者满意度,具有显著临床效果,值得在临床中推广应用。Objective To explore the application effect of preoperative scene visit in patients in the department of orthopedics operation.MethodsFor department of orthopedics operation in our hospital were selected from 200 patients as the research object from May 2012 to March 2014,randomly divided into observation group and control group,the control group with routine preoperative interview,observation group received preoperative situational interview,compared two groups of patients＆#39; compliance behavior,bad mood,pain and satisfaction.ResultsThe observed degree of 97% was significantly higher than the control group of 90% with the degree of compliance group,the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）;The observation group of anxiety, depression and postoperative pain score was significantly lower than that of the control group,the values between the two groups were statistically significant（P〈0.05）;Patients in the observation group satisfaction for 96% was significantly higher than the control group 88% satisfaction, the two groups had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. ConclusionPatients in the department of orthopedics operation preoperative situational interview patients can improve the understanding of the disease,operation, reducing preoperative anxiety,depression and other adverse psychological,reduce postoperative pain, improve the satisfaction of patients,with significant clinical effect,it is worth in clinical application.
