循证护理在小儿肺炎合并心力衰竭中的应用观察

摘　　要：目的探讨循证护理对小儿肺炎合并心力衰竭的应用效果。方法选取我院2012年8月∽2014年6月收治的肺炎合并心力衰竭患儿80例,随机分为对照组和实验组。实验组采用循证护理,对照组采用常规儿科护理。对两组患儿护理后的心功能、临床症状及临床疗效进行比较。结果护理后两组心率、左心室射血分数及心功能评分均较护理前改善（P〈0.05）,且实验组改善情况优于对照组（P〈0.05）;且护理后实验组各项临床症状均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;实验组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论循证护理可以显著改善肺炎合并心力衰竭患儿的心功能及临床症状,提高患儿的生活质量、阻碍了病情加重,临床疗效确切。Objective To investigate the application observation of Evidence-based nursing in infantile pneumonia with heart failure.Methods Selected 80 cases of children patient with pneumonia and heart failure of our hospital from Aug 2012 to Jun 2014,made them into control group and experimental group.The experimental group was given Evidence-based nursing and the control group was given conventional pediatric nursing.Then Compare cardiac function,clinical symptoms and clinical efficacy after giving nursing between the two groups.ResultsAfter nursing,heart rate,left ventricular ejection fraction and heart function score of two groups were improved than before nursing （P〈0.05）,the improvement in the experimental group was better than that of control group（P〈0.05）;the clinical symptoms in the experimental group was better than that of control group（P〈0.05）;total effective rate of treatment in experimental group was significantly higher than the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Evidence-based nursing can significantly improves cardiac function and the clinical symptoms of children with pneumonia and heart failure,improve living quality,hindered the illness aggravating, the clinical curative is definite.
