摘　　要：企业要在知识产权竞争中全面、快速掌握行业内的技术信息,识别竞争对手,抢先占领市场,合理的专利布局分析至关重要。专利地图可以将相关专利信息图形化、系统化、直观化,为专利布局提供依据。基于CMT分析法,从专利出发,提出3个维度指标分别为能力(Capability)、技术(Technology)和时间(Time)的CTT三维分析法,并将其与专利地图分析相结合,应用于企业专利布局的研究中,建立了面向企业专利布局的三维分析模型,即技术分布模型、技术进化模型和竞争态势模型。通过该模型的分析,研究者可以准确把握某行业的专利申请情况,挖掘技术空白点和研发方向,提高企业的技术实力。以金刚石工具技术领域为例,利用该方法对其专利布局情况进行分析研究。In order to get the industry technical information comprehensively and quickly, identify competitor and capture market preemptively in intellectual property competition, it＇s vital to analyze patent layout reasonably for an enterprise. Patent map can provide significant intelligence by making the relevant information systematic, explicit and showing them in pictures. This paper proposes a three-dimensional analysis method based on CTT constituted of capability ,technology and time. Combined with other patent map method, the author builds a three-dimensional analysis model, which consists of distribution model of technique, evolution model of technique and state model of competition, then applies it to the research of enterprise patent layout. The results show that designers can recognize the situation of patent application, discover technology opportunity and acquire research direction to enhance technical capabilities. Finally, the patent layout analysis of diamond tools field is conducted as an application of the proposed method.
