摘 要:针对目前没有可供设计工程师在产品开发阶段方便应用的可再制造性量化评价工具的现状,提出了基于信息熵的可再制造性评价方法。根据产品生命周期结束后的功能需求和相对应的设计参数,建立面向再制造过程的设计矩阵。以信息熵理论和再制造工艺特点为基础,分别提出产品再制造功能熵、设计参数熵和可再制造性熵值的计算公式,最终实现可再制造性的量化评价。以连轧线喷淋设备的水管为例,进行了可再制造性熵值计算。Aiming at the status of no quantitative assessment tools of remanufacturability for engineers during the product development process, this paper presents an assessment method based on information entropy theory. According to functional requirements from the end of product lifccyele and its corresponding design parameters, the design structure matrices (DSM) of remanufacturing processes were established. Based on the concept of information entropy and remanufacturing technique characters, calculation formulas were proposed for entropy value of functional requirements, entropy value of design parameters and entropy value of remanufacturability. Therefore, the remanufacturability could be assessed quantitatively. Finally ,pipes of spraying device for continuous-rolling production line was taken as an example to calculate entropy value of remanufacturability.
