摘  要:采用气相色谱法、石油产品溴价测定法(电量法)和核磁共振法分别测定不同来源聚α-烯烃PAO10的沸程、支化度和不饱和度,利用加压差示扫描量热法(PDSC)考察不同来源PAO10的氧化安定性,采用板式成焦器研究不同黏度PAO的成焦性能以及不同来源PAO10对其调和的SM 5W-30汽油机油成焦性能的影响。结果表明,PAO4、PAO10和PAO40的成焦质量分别为32.6、22.9和8.2mg,进口PAO10、PAO10-1和PAO10-2调和的汽油机油的成焦质量分别为153.5、327.8和253.2mg。PAO黏度越小,成焦质量越大;沸程较窄、支化度较小的PAO10的氧化安定性好,其调和的汽油机油的成焦质量小。The boiling range, degree of unsaturated branching index of PAO10 samples from different sources were measured, respectively, by gas chromatography, determination of bromine number(coulometry) and NMR. Pressure differential sanning calorimetry (PDSC) was used to determine the oxidation stability of PAO10 from different sources. The coking performances of PAO with different viscosities and the SM 5W-30 gasoline engine oils blended with PAO10 of different sources were investigated by panel coker. It is indicated that the coking amounts of PAO4, PAO10 and PAO40 were 32. 6, 22.9 and 8. 2 mg, respectively, and the coking amounts o~ the gasoline engine oils were 153.5, 327.8 and 253.2 mg, respectively. The smaller the viscosity of PAO, the heavier the coking was. The PAO10 with narrower boiling range and smaller branching index had good oxidation stability, so the coking amount of its blending gasoline engine oil was smaller.
