近十年针灸治疗围绝经期综合征的文献计量学分析

摘　　要：目的:了解国内针灸治疗围绝经期综合征的研究现状,为针灸治疗该病的临床研究提供思路和依据。方法:运用文献计量学方法,回顾分析我国2004年—2013年针灸治疗围绝经期综合征的相关文献,对上述文献进行定量分析。结果:共纳入相关文献290篇,分别发表在128种期刊上,其中,临床研究文献173篇;治疗方法以毫针针刺为主;治疗方案多采用综合疗法;最常使用腧穴为三阴交、肾俞、关元等。结论:目前针灸治疗围绝经期综合征以临床研究为主,缺乏作用机制研究及针灸处方、治疗模式、治疗过程等的标准化研究。Objective ： To provide ideas and basis for the further study by learning the current situation on perimenopausal syn- drome （PMS） treated by acupuncture and moxibustion in China. Methods：Quantitative analysis was used to review the related lit- erature published from 2004 to 2013. Results ： Altogether 290 papers were collected all over 128 periodicals,including 173 clinical research papers. Besides, the main therapy method was needling body aeupoints in general way while comprehensive therapy was mainly used. Meanwhile, based on the rank of application frequency, the top acupoints were Sanyinjiao （ SP6 ） , Shenshu （ BL23 ） and Guanyuan（CV4） and so on. Conclusion：At present, the clinical research was the most commonly method which was used in the studies on PMS treated by acupuncture and moxibustion. Simultaneously, there was a lack of studies on functional mechanisms and standardization of prescription ,treatment models, therapeutic co/~rses and so on.
