摘　　要：高仲山先生将肿瘤相对的分为良性和恶性两类,详述肿瘤的发病与七情所伤,六淫外袭,饮食、起居、生活不节,年龄等因素有关。创立了气血瘀滞、痰瘀凝结、火毒内蕴及脏腑功能失调等学说。临床多从阴阳、善恶、病位和脉象等方面对肿瘤进行辨证。根据病机和病情制定了清疏气机、活血化瘀、益气养血、和胃镇逆、润肠通便、止血定痛等治法,并列举了相应的治疗方药。Mr. GAO Zhongshan divided tumor into benign and malignant tumor and this article is a detailed description of the relations of the onset and the excess of seven emotions, the six evils, diet,living,life festival, age and others, creating theories of Qi stagnation and blood stasis, phlegm and blood stasis internal accumulation, internal heat accumulation and viscera function disor- der. In clinic,the syndrome differentiation is often based on Yir/and Yang, good or poor condition, the location of the disease and pulse and so on. According to the pathogenesis and conditions, there are therapies including dredging Qi, promoting blood circula- tion and removing blood stasis, nourishing qi and blood, harmonizing stomach, relaxing bowel, stopping bleeding and relieving pain, listing the corresponding prescriptions.
