摘　　要：文章系统总结治疗糖尿病骨质疏松的临床经验。作者认为糖尿病骨质疏松相当于中医的消渴并骨痿,并从脾肾亏虚对其进行论治。为中医药治疗糖尿病骨质疏松提供相应的诊疗方法。This paper summarizes our clinical experience in treatment of diabetic osteoporosis. We believe that diabetic osteo- porosis is equivalent to Xiaoke and bone atrophy and it should be treated from spleen and kidney deficiency, providing the diagno- sis and treatment methods for treatment of diabetic osteoporosis in traditional Chinese medicine.
