益气温阳活血中药复方治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病气虚血瘀兼痰阻患者临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探索观察益气温阳活血中药对慢性阻塞性肺疾病气虚血瘀兼痰阻型患者的临床疗效。方法:随机纳入慢性阻塞性肺疾病气虚血瘀兼痰阻120例患者,分为对照组、治疗组各60例,对照组予常规治疗基础上加中药安慰剂,治疗组予常规治疗加益气温阳活血中药,疗程2周。观察治疗前后的中医证候积分、肺功能及两者相关性等指标。结果:1FEV1预计值﹪、FEV1/FVC两项指标,两组相比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2中医主要症状、次要症状、体征及证候积分等,两组相比,差异具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。3中医证候与FEV1/FVC相关性研究表明:气虚、肺气虚相关性最好,差异具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:益气温阳活血中药可以有效缓解慢性阻塞性肺疾病气虚血瘀兼痰阻型患者的临床症状及体征,体现中医药治疗的优势。Objective ： To explore the clinical efficacy of Compound Yiqi Wenyang Huoxue Formula for qi deficiency and blood stasis combining phlegm obstruction type of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients. Methods ： 120 cases were divided into control group and treatment group, 60 cases in each. The control group used the conventional treatment and traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） placebo while the treatment group was given the conventional treatment and Compound Yiqi Wenyang Huoxue Formula. The treatment course was 2 weeks. Lung functions, Chinese medicine symptom integral and the correlation between indicators were observed before and after treatment. Results：（1）FEV1 expected value and FEV1/FVC in two groups had statistically significant difference （ P 〈 0.05 ）. （2）Main symptoms and secondary symptoms and signs of traditional Chinese medicine and syndrome integral in two groups had statistical difference （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. （3）Syndromes and FEV1/FVC correlation study showed that qi deficiency and lungqi deficiency had the best correlation and the difference statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： Compound Yiqi Wenyang Huoxue Formula can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms and signs of qi deficiency and blood sta- sis combining phlegm obstruction type of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients, embodying the advantages of treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.
