消痹通脉冲剂治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察消痹通脉冲剂治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效。方法:将100例糖尿病周围神经病变患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各50例,对照组予弥可保加安慰剂治疗,治疗组予弥可保片加消痹通脉冲剂,疗程均为8周。结果:治疗组中医证候疗效、西医疾病疗效均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗期间均无严重的不良反应。结论:消痹通脉冲剂协同弥可保片治疗糖尿病周围神经病变安全有效。Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of Xiaobi Tongmai Medicinal Granules on diabetic peripheral neu- ropathy （DPN）. Methods：By the control methods, 100 patients with DPN were randomized into two groups with 50 cases in each group. The control group was administered with Mikebao and placebo ; meanwhile, the treatment group was treated with Mikebao and Xiaobi Tongmai Medicinal Granules. The treatment course was eight weeks for each group. Results ： The clinical effective rates of TCM symptoms and the western medicine disease in the treatment group were significantly better than those of the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. The side effects were not found in both groups. Conclusion：Xiaobi Tongmai Medicinal Granules combined with Mikebao could treat DPN safely and effectively.
