摘　　要：目的:优选黄地降糖片的最佳提取工艺。方法:以盐酸小檗碱提取量和出膏量为综合评价指标,选择溶剂量、提取时间、提取次数以及乙醇浓度为考察因素,利用L9(34)正交试验优选黄地降糖片的提取工艺。结果:黄地降糖片的最佳提取工艺为10倍量50%乙醇提取3次,每次提取2 h。结论:优选出的提取工艺简单、可行、重复性好,适应药厂生产需要,可作为该制剂合理开发的依据。Objective： To optimize extraction process of Huangdi Jiangtang Tablets. Methods ： Taking yield of berberine hydro- chloride and paste -forming rate as comprehensive evaluation index, with ethanol volume, extraction time, extraction times, ethanol concentration as factors, L9 （34） orthogonal test was used to optimize extraction process of extraction process. Results：The optimum processing condition was as following： adding 10 fold amount of 50% alcohol and extracting 3 times,2 h for each time. Conclu- sion：This optimized extraction process was simple, feasible and has good reproducibility in mass production and it can provide the references for the further investigation of Huanedi .lianetane Tablets.
