针刀综合治疗颈肩背肌筋膜痛综合征临床研究

摘　　要：目的：探讨治疗颈肩背肌筋膜痛综合征的有效方法。方法：选取2012年1月—2013年10月期间收治的颈肩背肌筋膜痛综合征病人158例,随机平均分为治疗组和对照组,两组各79例,治疗组给予针刀综合（针刀、手法、中药熏蒸、锻炼）程序化治疗,对照组给予针灸结合手法治疗,比较两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果：经1个疗程治疗后,治疗组患者的总有效率为96.20%,高于对照组的78.48%,差异显著（P〈0.01）。随访半年~1年后,治疗组半年后有1例复发,但症状和体征较治疗前明显减轻,对照组半年后有8例复发,两组患者的复发率存在显著性差异（P〈0.01）。结论：针刀综合程序化治疗颈肩背肌筋膜痛综合征,疗效显著且更能巩固疗效,值得临床进一步推广应用。Objective ： To study the effective treatment method of neck shoulder myofascial pain syndrome. Methods ： During Jan- uary 2012 - October 2013,158 cases of neck shoulder myofascial pain syndrome who admitted in our hospital were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,79 cases in each. The treatment group was given needle -knife procedural treatment （needle -knife, manipulation, Chinese medicine fumigation, exercise） and control group given acupuncture and moxibustion combined with manipulation treatment. We compared two groups＇ clinical therapeutic effect. Results：After treatment for a period of treatment,the total effective of the treatment group was 96.20% and the rate of control group was 78.48%. Two groups had sig- nificant differences in total effective rate （P 〈 0.01 ）. After followed up for 6 months - 1 year,the treatment group has 1 recur- rence case after six months, but the symptoms and signs were significantly reduced and the control group had 8 recurrence cases after six months. The two groups＇ recurrence rate existed significant difference （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion：Needle - knife therapy for shou3der neck myofascial pain syndrome has distinct curative effect and can consolidate the curative effect,worthy of clinical further popularization and application.
