耳穴压丸结合艾灸治疗肱骨外上髁炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:验证耳穴压丸结合艾灸治疗肱骨外上髁炎的疗效。方法:将80例肱骨外上髁炎的患者随机分为治疗组和药物组各40例,治疗组采用耳穴压丸结合艾灸治疗,隔日1次,15次为1个治疗周期;药物组采用扶他林乳剂涂擦局部,2次/d,连续治疗30 d为1个治疗周期。两组分别观察关节疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)、肘关节功能评分(MEPS)及临床疗效指标。结果:经治疗1个周期后,两组患者关节疼痛评分及临床疗效与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01),且治疗组治疗效果优于药物组(均P<0.01)。治疗组愈显率80%,总有效率92.5%,对照组愈显率62.5%,总有效率82.5%,两组间愈显率、总有效率比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用耳穴压丸结合艾灸治疗肱骨外上髁炎临床疗效显著,且操作简便,无痛苦,患者依从性高,尤其适合社区适宜技术推广。Objective：To prove curative effect of the ear acupoints combined with moxibustion treatment of external humeral epicondylitis. Methods ：80 cases of external humeral epieondylitis were randomly divided into treatment group and drug group,40 cases in each. The treatment group used the ear acupoints combined with moxibustion therapy every other day, 15 times for a treat- ment cycle;the drug group used Voltaren emulsion inunction locally, twice a day, continuously for 30 days as a cycle. In both groups,we obse^ed joint pain visual analogue scale （VAS） , Mayo Elbow Performance Score （MEPS） and clinical curative effect. Res＇ultslAfter one treatment course, both groups＇ MEPS and clinical curative effect compared with those before were statisti- cally significant （P 〈 0. O1 ） and the effect of treatment group was better than that of the drug group （ P 〈 O. 01 ）. The treatment group＇s markedly effective rate was 80% and the total effective rate was 92.5%. The control group＇s markedly effective rate was 62.5% and the total effective rate was 82.5%. The markedly effective rate and total effective rate between the two groups had sta- tistical significance （P 〈 O. 05 ）. Conclusion ： The clinical curative effect of ear acupoints combined with moxibustion therapy on external humeral epicondylitis is distinct and easy with no pain and the patient compliance is high, especially for community tech- nique expansion.
