摘　　要：沈惠风教授认为老年性高血压病,以肾精亏虚、气血不荣为病之本,而肝阳、痰浊、血瘀为本病之标。肾虚是其始动因素。治疗当从益精补肾,培补本虚;并施予平肝潜阳、化痰降浊、活血通络等法兼顾肝阳、痰浊、血瘀等标实之证。举验案3则以为佐证。Professor SHEN Huifeng believes that the root of senile hypertension is kidney essence deficiency and lack of blood and Qi. However,liver Yang,phlegm turbid and blood stasis are the branch causes. Kidney deficiency is the cause of onset. The treatment should be tonifying kidney, supplementing the deficiency, complicated with subduing liver Yang, resolving phlegm and activating blood and dredging collaterals to treat the branch causes. There were three proved cases in this article to introduce SHEN＇s idea.
