摘 要:目的:观察揉髌手法对兔膝关节骨关节病模型血常规的影响,进而探讨其治疗的可能作用机制。方法:60只新西兰兔分为手法组、模型组、假模组和正常组各15只。前两组通过手术造成骨内高压型动物模型。造模1周后手法组手法施术5周共17次。造模后12周末分别处置动物,取血检测血常规;膝关节软骨组织评判退变程度,数据经统计学处理。结果:模型组软骨组织退变明显,与手法组比较差异有统计学意义;手法组、模型组、假模组和正常组动物血常规各项指标比较差异无统计学意义。结论:揉髌手法对兔膝关节骨关节病模型血常规的变化无明显影响。Objective:To observe the effect of kneading patella manipulation on the blood routine test of rabbit knee osteoar- thritis model and discuss the possible mechanism action of the treatment. Methods :60 New Zealand rabbits were randomly divided into four groups:manipulation group,model group,dummy -model group and the normal group, 15 rabbits in each group. A high intraosseous pressure model was established in the manipulation group and model group. A week after modeling, kneading patella manipulation was performed 17 times for each rabbit in the manipulation group in 5 weeks. 12 weeks after modeling,we disposed the animals, taking the blood sampling for routine testing and the knee joint cartilage tissue for detection of degeneration and the data for statistical processing. Results :The cartilage degeneration in a serious for model group had significant difference compared with that of the manipulation group. There was no significance difference for blood routine test result among all the groups. Conclu- sion:There is no obvious effect of kneading patella manipulation on the blood routine test of rabbit knee osteoarthritis model.
