摘　　要：目的:通过对子宫位置不良相关疾病及其针灸治疗该类疾病的文献资料进行分析和总结,以了解子宫位置不良[1]相关疾病的研究概况及其针灸治疗的研究现状。方法:中文以"子宫位置"为主题词,检索中国核心期刊网络出版总库(CNKI)(1957年3月—2013年12月)935篇,英文以"uterine position""gynecological disease"为主题词检索Pubmed数据库(2008—2013年)87篇,对国内外因子宫位置不良相关疾病的文献进行分析。结果:临床上子宫位置不良密切相关的疾病主要有流产不全、节育失败、体外受精、术后出血、不孕、痛经、宫颈糜烂、胚胎移植、子宫腺肌病、子宫肌膜异位症等,针灸在子宫移位疾病中亦有应用。结论:子宫位置不良与一些疾病的发生密切相关,提示子宫位置是妇科疾病的重要致病因素之一。针灸对部分与子宫位置不良相关的疾病具有相应疗效。Objective ： To learn about the review of the diseases and acupuncture treatments through analyzing and summarizing the literatures about the diseases caused by adverse uterine position and acupuncture treatments of the diseases. Methods ：935 articles were retrieved after searching China Academic Journal Network Publishing Database（ from March 1957 to December 2013 ） and 87 articles were retrieved after searching Pubmed database（2008 -2013） with uterine position and gynecological disease as the keywords. Results：The clinical diseases caused by adverse uterine position mainly include incomplete abortion, birth control failure, in vitro fertilization （ IVF）, postoperative bleeding, infertility, dysmenorrhea, cervical erosion, embryo transfer, adenomyosis, endometriosis, etc. Acupuncture therapy has been applied in uterine space shift diseases. Conclusion： The adverse uterine position is closely related to some diseases, indicating adverse uterine position is an important causative factor in gynecological diseases. Acupuncture therapy for some diseases caused by the uterine space shift has a corresponding effect.
