摘  要:耐火钢可大大降低或取消防火钢结构的防火涂层,降低建筑成本,加快施工进度,增加建筑的安全性,具有显著的经济社会效益和较好的市场前景与应用范围,炉卷机组的设备工艺特点具备开发400 MPa、490 MPa级建筑用耐火钢的能力,开发时需重点关注连铸坯质量控制、轧制工艺各温度的设定以及终冷温度的控制等,还需配备高温试验、检验设备。With using fire - resistant steel, the fireproof coating of fire - resistant steel structure can be reduced or canceled, the construction costs can be reduced, the construction schedule can be sped up and the security of buildings can be increased. As a result of that, fire - resistant steel has significant economic and social benefits and good market pros- pects and applications. According to the equipment and process characteristics of the steckel mill product line, 400 MPa and 490 MPa grade fire - resistant steel for building should be developed. The slab quality control, each temperature setting in rolling process and the control of final cooling temperature should be given more attentions in developing fire - resistant steel in the future, and the high temperature equipments for testing and inspecting need to be equipped, too.
