摘　　要：介绍了安钢第二炼轧厂3座150 t转炉的四管煤气放散烟囱的现状及存在问题和采取的主要措施。将焦炉煤气长明火系统改为自身转炉煤气在高压电弧作用下的自动点火,实现了煤气放散时自动点火伴烧,节约了焦炉煤气的消耗,避免了排空放散和环境安全事故。The paper mainly introduces the status, existing problems and corresponding measures of four tube gas chimneys of three 150 t converters in No. 2 steelmaking and rolling plant of Anyang Steel. The coke oven gas burning fire system is changed to automatic ignition of self - converter - gas under high pressure arc action, so that automatic ignition and combustion is achieved when gas discharge, the consumption of coke oven gas decreases, emptying discharge and environmental accidents are avoided.
