摘　　要：说明了合同能源管理的发展现状,介绍了安钢高炉煤气湿法净化工艺及存在的问题,对合同能源管理实施高炉煤气湿法净化改造进行分析。实施高炉煤气干法净化改造后,取得了良好的综合效益。其实践表明,采用合同能源管理实施高炉煤气净化系统改造的技术难度、财务风险和运行效果相对可控,对拓展EPC应用领域进行了有益的探索。This paper describes the development status of energy performance contracting, introduces the process and the existing problems of the wet purification process of the steel blast furnace gas, and analyzes the blast furnace gas wet purification system transformation implemented by energy performance contracting. After the implementation of the blast furnace gas dry purification, a good comprehensive benefit has been achieved. The practice shows that technical difficulty, financial risk and operating results of the use of contract energy management to the implementation of the blast furnace gas purification system transformation can be controlled, and the application of EPC is expanded.
